Where do we deliver?

We're proud to deliver across England, Scotland and Wales. We have a long track history of successfully delivering to all corners of the United Kingdom, but unfortunately at this time we do not currently ship to Channel Islands or Northern Ireland. We also do not currently ship to Ireland.

Next Day Delivery with Underfloor Heating Direct

At Underfloor Heating Direct, we understand that many of our customers require their order with them the very next day. We're happy to offer a next working day delivery service to all of our customers.

For all next working day deliveries, please place your order before 4pm on Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. All orders that are placed next day delivery will be delivered the next working day, however this excludes weekends and bank holidays.

We are unable to offer next day delivery on all pallet orders, shower trays, Lustrolite panels, heat pumps or water cylinders.

We strive to ensure your 'next day deliveries' are with you the next day after your order is placed, although sometimes unforeseen circumstances, such as our third party couriers being delayed may hinder this. Circumstances like this are extremely rare, but we cannot be held responsible for the late delivery of an item, or any costs incurred by customers' tradesmen unable to work. Please ensure you have your materials before booking in any trades.

Frequently Asked Questions

How soon can I get my order?

The soonest you'll be able to receive your order is likely the next working day. Any orders that are placed on Sunday however, will arrive on Tuesday at the earliest due to reduced warehouse opening times over the weekend. With our next working day delivery option, you can place your order any time before 4pm and receive your order the very next day - ready to install. Orders placed after 4pm will not be able to be shipped next day and will arrive the next working day thereafter.

What time will my order arrive?

The time your order will arrive depends entirely on the third party courier. For most orders, we can supply an order tracking link which will indicate an estimated time of which your products are set to arrive. If you haven't received a tracking email for your order, please contact our customer services. You can request this through our website live chat between 9am and 6pm weekdays.

Can I change my delivery date?

Yes, we can happily change the delivery date of your order as long as the order hasn't already been sent out. For more information regarding changing your delivery date, please contact our customer service team.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

Unfortunately, in most circumstances we are unable to change your orders delivery address.

Can I collect my order from your trade counter?

We allow customers to collect their order from our trade counter and showroom in Basildon, Essex, however we currently do not have click and collect functionality built into our website. For click and collect orders, please call the sales team on 0800 141 2643.

Can I order to another address other than mine?

If your credit/debit card or other payment method has passed all of its security checks in checkout, you should be able to select a different address other than the billing address.
