All the upgrading process requires is that the existing thermostat is swapped to the neoStat device, with the neoHub then plugged into your router. Then, the home’s heating can be controlled from an Android or iOS-based mobile device.
As Neo is what we call ‘mesh based’, it automatically uses the other neoStats installed on your property to route your home’s communication data. As the neoHub connects to Heatmiser’s Cloud server, no techie knowledge or fixed IP address is necessary.

Download NowYou can programme your neoStat to work in 24-hour, seven-day or five- and two-day modes. For those people who have a different schedule during the week from the weekend, the 5/2 programme is perfect. If you have a different schedule each day, a seven-day programme may suit you better. Alternatively, if all days are similar you may prefer the 24-hour option.
There are four levels of comfort to be used during a 24-hour period. This is ideal for those who like their home to be a little cooler during the night, or warm when they first get up come sunrise.
With neo solutions, the Away feature allows you to switch off your heating wherever you are. If you forget to turn the heating off, just use your smartphone to do it. If it is cold while you are away, the system will protect your home from frost damage.
You can create a profile of comfort levels so that they can be activated using your phone at any time. If you change your schedule at the last minute, don't worry about the house being cold, as you can use your phone to activate a profile.
Your neoStats will always be up to date, as the neoHub will automatically use the correct time from the internet, updating the neoStats.
To operate the neoStat you require three wires, not including the earth, at the site of the thermostat. A broadband router that is compatible with DHCP is required for the neoHub. To operate, you will need to have either a mobile device that is compatible with Android, or a device compatible with iOS.

In addition to our standard delivery service, we can also arrange for delivery on a Saturday or before 10.30am on any working day. This level of carriage comes at an additional cost:
All efforts are made to ensure your qualifying order reaches you on the next available working day before 7.00pm, as long as you place your order with us by 4pm (Monday to Friday).
All orders received after 4pm on a Friday (including weekend orders) will be despatched on Monday for a Tuesday delivery. Bank holidays are treated in the same way as a non-working day.
Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery at a certain time and occasionally, circumstances beyond our control or that of the courier’s may mean your delivery is delayed. Though a rare occurrence, sometimes a delivery arrives late, meaning that tradesman are unable to continue with a project.
We cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred as a result of a delayed delivery, and we would always recommend that customers ensure the materials required by their contractors are on site prior to the commencement of any work. We take pride in the prompt despatch of our products, but we do rely on third-party couriers to deliver on our behalf. There are occasions when traffic, weather or unusual events can cause delays.
If your product has been delayed, we will do our best to keep you informed using our tracking service, and advise you of any estimated time and date of your delivery.
