We take the durability of our products very seriously, because we want our customers to be confident that the underfloor heating system they install will last for life. This is why we offer a lifetime warranty.
Each cable system, thermostat and undertile mat has been built using only the best quality materials and using advanced manufacturing techniques. We want all of our products to be robust and durable, so you can be assured that it meets the gold standard. We wouldn’t offer a lifetime warranty on anything less.
Before you order any goods from us, you can rest easy knowing that each product has been rigorously and individually tested, rather than batch tested, using the most up-to-date technology. CE approved by SGS, each item must meet the test requirements of International Standards, such as IEC 60335, IEC 60800 and IS 1554/694. Once it has been examined, we pack the mats and cables with its unique resistance reading.
In order to benefit, you need to sign and return the warranty certificate within 14 days of installing the product, which must be signed by the installing electrician. Our cover does not extend to floor coverings, the cost of labour or mistakes made during installation. Please see our terms and conditions for more details.
