Thirty day returns policy & cancellations
We will happily replace any goods that are found to be faulty under our lifetime guarantee, but if you wish to cancel your order you can do so within 14 days of it being delivered. You will receive a full refund once the items have been returned to us.
Up to 30 days after delivery, you can return any goods to us for a refund as long as they are unopened, in a saleable condition, and returned with all of their components along with a completed returns form and original invoice.
