Placing Your Order

Picking up your order

- Visit the Trade Counter – Head to our collection address and press the bell for assistance. Parking is available right outside the entrance.

- Provide Your Order Details – Let a team member know you're here to collect and share your order number.

- Collect Your Items – Once confirmed, you’re ready to take your products away. Before ordering, ensure your vehicle has enough space for your goods.

🕒 Collection times

You can collect your order from our Basildon branch during the following hours:

Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Orders placed within an hour of closing will be ready for collection an hour after opening on the next working day.
