This high-grade aluminum plate is designed for use with 15mm or 16mm pipework.

During installation, position the aluminium spreader plates away from the walls to allow space for the pipes to bend and return in the opposite direction. Leave at least 250mm for this purpose.

As you go, securely fasten the spreader plates using staples, nails, or screws. Ensure that they are flush with the surface of the spreader plate.

When placing the second spreader plate, leave a 10mm gap to account for expansion.

Before securing the second spreader plate, insert a small length of pipe into the meeting channels of the two spreader plates to ensure proper alignment.

Keep this in place while securing the second spreader plate, and then remove it. Avoid overlapping the spreader plates, as this can cause noise when heating up and cooling down.
