This thermostat is designed for surface mounting and can be easily installed by following these steps:
Separate the front panel from the thermostat by unscrewing the securing screws on the bottom.
Use the backplate as a template to mark two drill hole positions on the wall.
Drill holes at the marked points and insert wall plugs.
Wire the thermostat according to the wiring diagram.
Secure the backplate to the backbox using screws.
Reattach the front panel and insert the securing screws.
